FAULTY CLOTHING GOODS & WARRANTY
The Big Ring has well established quality manufacturing standards and it is always our intent to deliver best possible high-quality product to market, but unfortunately on rare occasions a fault may occur. If you believe your product is faulty, please contact us at
warranty@bigring-cycling.com with detailed photos and descriptions of the fault. The Big Ring reserves the right to repair the garment if possible.
WARRANTY PERIOD CLOTHING
All The Big Ring garments are sold with a 12 month warranty, from the date of purchase. Claims for warranty must be made within this period.
Please Note: generally, not following the washing instructions outlined by The Big Ring will reduce the lifespan and increase the wear on your cycling kit. Wear and Tear, accidental damage, wear caused by clearly not following the care instructions will not be covered.
The Big Ring is only responsible for product that we directly sell to you, if you have purchased through distributor or retail outlet other than The Big Ring you take back to your original place of purchase with relevant proof of purchase details.

Shopping online should be quick and easy - that’s the whole point. We have a simple return policy if required.

returns@bigring-cycling.com and we will send you out a return form – include the return form and a copy of your original proof of purchase with the goods to be returned. Also make a quick note saying what size you want to change to or explaining why you want a credit.
Upon receipt of your returned product we will process as quickly as possible according to the following policy outlined below:
THE BIG RING RETURNS POLICY
We will happily provide size exchanges or full credit for full priced items returned to us within 30 days from date of purchase.
Sale items or full priced item returned outside 30 days you will have the option for a store credit.
Notes:
- Refunds and store credits are for the value of items returned - this does not include shipping costs.
- Goods must be returned “as-new” in a saleable condition and be unworn, unwashed and complete with all original tags and in original packaging.
- Drop us a quick email to returns@bigring-cycling.com we will send you out a return form.
- Please make sure all returned items are well packaged and make sure to include a copy of your original proof of purchase and the return form, the size you would like to exchange for or if you would like a full credit. Make sure you keep a copy of your tracking number for the returned post and a copy of your proof of purchase. The Big Ring cannot take responsibility for items lost or damaged by transport companies.
- The Big Ring can only accept returns for purchases made from The Big Ring website and not from our retail partners or other on-line sellers. Please contact your place of purchase for details of their returns and exchange policy if you purchased your goods elsewhere.
- Please also note that while items qualifying for free exchange will be shipped back to you at The Big Ring’s expense, we are unable to cover the costs of return postage/transport from you.
- Exchanges are sometimes dependent on stock availability. Should an item be out of stock or discontinued at the time of return an item of the same value or a store credit will be issued to you.
- Some of The Big Ring items like the matching Kit Shoes and matching Kit Frames are very special products. They are made to order by hand by our skilled bespoke manufacturing partners in very limited production quantities. Because they are made specifically for you with 8 week lead times we have rationalised the inventory process to the bone. This is so we can bring the unique bespoke limited release cycling kit to you with very reasonable pricing and that really helps expand the scope of match kit on offer considerably. A 30 Day – Return policy on these special-order items is not available so with these items please make sure you get your sizing right. Warranties, if they occur, will be handled on a case by case basis on these items.
